On Friday, a published report said that Samsung will start production of Galaxy Note III with flexible display in August and launch in September, possibly during the IFA 2013 show in Berlin.
According to the report, LG is also about to launch a phone with a flexible display, which pushes Samsung to use the new technique in the next flagship, otherwise, Samsung might lose the competition in the flexible display smart phone market.

Ever heard of WET FINGER TRACKING?

How often do you find yourself frantically rubbing your phone on your shirt, or your finger on your pants because a little wetness assures the digitizer won’t respond properly? Did you know some people don’t need to? This is an issue of the past with a few phone models such as the Sony Xperia and the rugged workman’s phone by Caterpillar the Cat B15 because they use “WET FINGER TRACKING” digitizers. But why isn’t it available on all new phones? Especially high-end models like the Galaxy S4 or the iPhone 5, seeing as how the technology has been around since at least mid-2011 when it was featured on the Xperia. Every day, at least five times I need to dry my screen because of rain, sweat, beer, just washed hands etc. and it turns out this could easily be avoided. If the technology is there, and you’re making the high-end models, why not use it???

4.3-inch Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Details Leaked

A batch of pictures which from an insider for SamMobile suggest that Samsung may be planning to release another smartphone, this one is the next gerneration of the Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. These pictures suggest a phone with the same design and similar construction as the Galaxy S4 but in a much smaller appearance, just as the S3 mini was a clone of the Galaxy S3.

The Galaxy S4 mini (or model number GT-I9190) owns a 4.3-inch screen, runs Android 4.2 with TouchWiz skin just like the S4, and features a Super AMOLED screen that is said to have 256ppi pixel density, compared to the S4′s 441ppi. It’s also rumored that it will come with a more modest 1.6GHz dual-core processor instead of the S4′s 1.9GHz quad-core.
The new phone suggests that people looking for a smaller version of the Galaxy S4 will have an option, however, they will definitely have to compromise what is inside. SamMobile said the Galaxy S4 mini is expected to be announced sometime in June or July this year, although Samsung is yet to confirm whether the phone is even in production.
